COMBINING REWARD POINTS WITH SALE DISCOUNTS

This Platform (Shopify) doesn't have the functionality to add more than one discount box at a time to the checkout page, despite long running requests by us merchants to add it...So, we had to come up with a workaround, so you can 'double dip'!

                       Just sign into your account and fill your cart as usual. Once you are done, head to the final checkout stage, but DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENT. This saves your cart, so we can see your pending order in our system.

After that. please *let us know your cart is ready*, by replying to the sale email or sending a new one to bobby@tvalskincare.com. 

Once we see your order in our system, we simply duplicate it, and add the combined sale discount and rewards discount together. Tthen we send the draft back to you for you to complete your payment. Easy!

*Another option is to just email us your order. We will create it for you in our system with discounts combined. You can reply to this email for that option.

OTHER FAQS:

1. Why will it (possibly) take up to 4 weeks to ship? We have been in a 'catch up' phase for more than a year now, and we are desperately trying to get ahead of it, it's taking to long! Getting in all these holiday orders early will provide us with the financial resources (extra supplies, staffing) and time to order all the supplies and packaging, and get everything stocked and in your hands in time for the gift giving season! It would be impossible to get all this done any faster, but every order will ship as soon as it's ready, so some will be shipping within 1-2 weeks!
2. What is the shipping deadline for sale orders? We aim to ship all sale orders by Dec 1st, or a few days later at the most!
3. When does the sale end? The sale is running now and will end at midnight NL time. However if you miss it by a little bit, just reach out.
