Terms & Conditions
Additions or changes to your order: Contact us as soon as you realize you want to add or change something to your order. As long as we haven't shipped it, we will happily accommodate you.
Returns: If something is wrong with a product or your order, contact us soon as possible. We will do anything to help, and we will send out a replacement right away. However, we can not accept returns of a product due to any other reasons than damage or a misstake on our part (since we can't guarantee the product to a new customer once it leaves our shop), so if you are uncertain if you will like a scent or if a skincare product will work for you please order a sample first. We also have a swap section at our forum where you can post products that wasn't up your alley. :)
International orders: Please be aware that your order could be subject to customs. US customers do not have to pay customs on packages worth less than $200, but most other countries have customs on all packages (but sometimes you can be lucky and it sneaks through). Check with your country's customs before ordering if you want to avoid a chock! We can't mark your package being worth less than it is (for insurance reasons) and we can't mark it as a gift (unless it is) since that is considered a criminal offence.
