Terms & Conditions
Additions or changes to your order: Contact us as soon as you realize you want to add or change something to your order. As long as we haven't shipped it, we will happily accommodate you.
Returns: If something is wrong with a product or your order, contact us soon as possible. We will do anything to help, and we will send out a replacement right away. However, we can not accept returns of a product due to any other reasons than damage or a mistake on our part. If you are uncertain that you will like a scent or if a skincare product will work for you please order a sample first. If they are not available to order, you can always request on in the 'notes' box when you place an order (we always send free samples that we hand-pick anyway), or pop by the shop and get a FREE sample!
International orders: Please be aware that your order could be subject to customs. US customers do not have to pay customs on packages worth less than $200, but most other countries have customs on all packages (but sometimes you can be lucky and it sneaks through). Check with your country's customs before ordering if you want to avoid a shock! We can't mark your package being worth less than it is (for insurance reasons) and we can't mark it as a gift (unless it is) since that is considered a criminal offence.
