Smink Loose Mineral Shimmering Eyeshadow - Lowon Pope
Named after one of the best bridal boutiques in Toronto, which is newly located in the trendy Liberty Village area. Lowon Pope has an incredible selection of elegent sexy dresses that are both flattering and comfortable. When we designed this color, we wanted it to represent ‘elegance’ and so we came up with this beautiful, polished bronze/gold. The sheen is ultra fine and ever so glamorous, and the color itself is fairly muted. Best of all, it is not brassy or yellow, which makes it a very wearable shade for day or evening Lowon Pope can be paired nicely with almost any brown or neutral. It also works well with corals and warm pinks, and rusty browns. Try this look:
Contour the crease and outer corner of your eye with Partridgeberry, making the color more intense in the deepest part of your eye socket, and more faded or blended at the edges (so that it is not just a hard line). A good way to soften and blend any dark shade is to mix in a light to mid-tone neutral beige (Narn or Figgy Duff is great!). The light beige can ‘fill in ‘ any gaps that may occur when you try to blend the edges of very dark shades. Dark blues and purples are famous for these ‘gaps’ or ‘sketchiness’ Just mix that beige right into the edges of your Partridgeberry. Now, sweep a generous amount of Lowon Pope on your eyelid, focusing most of the color on the inner part of your eye, closest to your nose. You don’t want to cover up all the nice depth you’ve created with the Partrigeberry on the outer part of your eyelid, but be sure to blend the two shades so that one color gradually blends into the other. Finish up with a fine black eyeliner and black mascara, and you are all set, and then onto the rest of your makeup!
